Founded in 2018 by Sam Genet and Zach Sohn, Flying Point is a vertically integrated real estate owner and operator, specializing in the acquisition, leasing and management of primarily small bay and flex industrial real estate assets in South Florida and select other markets. We target specific sub-markets to build a critical mass of ownership based on geographic location and market fundamentals. We predominantly source our deals off market using a deep network of broker and industry relationships.
